We had a comfortable stay during our recent business trip. The hotel is centrally located close to a mall and various restaurants, which was very convenient for us. The staff was professional and friendly, and room service was fast. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant. We also found the hotel's Wi-Fi connection to be reliable.
The lax security, as there were no luggage or person checks when using the lifts to access rooms. We also noticed some dirt marks on the walls, which could benefit from better upkeep.
